Kenya Mourns 21 Children Killed in School Fire
The fire broke out in a dormitory at Hillside Endarasha Academy, which has about 800 students between the ages of five and 12. The tragedy left the school and the surrounding community in shock, with parents rushing to the institution to check on the safety of their children.
President William Ruto described the incident as "horrific" and "devastating", calling for a thorough investigation. "Those responsible will be held accountable," he said.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
