New Report Reveals Women-Led Solutions for Drought Resilience

The United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) have released a global report, which calls for better recognition and support for women-led efforts to protect vulnerable communities from the devastating effects of drought.

The report also underscores that women's land rights are crucial for achieving food security, and features 35 case studies from Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
